You'd think he'd know how to beat a test after so many years of using steroids.

My source is the always reputable "random sherdog poster."

Regardless, Barnett knew he was going to get tested at some point for this fight.

He's only fought in the US 3 times in the last 7 years, hasn't been much of an issue.

Dave Meltzer confirmed that it was a test that Barnett himself had scheduled as part of the licensing process, not a random out of competition drug test.

Its difficult for me to have much respect or admiration for barnett, this isnt the first time he gets busted for steroids.

and who ever steps up to fighting fedor deserves at least a million bucks for the balls, its hard to sign up for such a fight to start with, and suicidal to take it with little training and 1 week notice.

i hope something gets put together, but wouldnt be surprised if everyone said 'no' in the end.

My only hope of a nice challenging fight is if they offer Fabricio Werdum a big sum of money, since Alistair pulled out due to injury.

You know, actually...now that I think of this...does any of this seem familiar to you all (EliteXC)?

I mean, think about it. It's their 3rd show, their main event folded at the 11th hour (sorta), they bring in someone to fill in the slot...

If this follows the pattern of EliteXC then does this mean that Fedor will get beat and Affliction will crumble???

    Well, crap!

Now we have to listen to Dana White talk about how Fedor sucks because he is fighting ex-UFC champions instead of current ones.

Anything out of the tinfoil-hat crowd? Like Barnett realized that he wasn't ready/wouldn't ever be ready, Barnett's actually AWOL since Jacko died-rumored to have been seen in parade-jacket camped out in front of the LA county Coroner's building? Etc
Many things we do naturally become difficult only when we try to make them intellectual subjects. It is possible to know so much about a subject that you become totally ignorant.
