Welcome abord, mate, I dont know much about Adelaides MMA scene. They have a few BJJ gyms, i know from tourneys. While you're waiting to the Adelaide Bullies to reply, go use Google maps and search for MMA Gyms. Or go throught you local Yellow pages site and find contact numbers. There are usually community boards that list that sort of thing to.

Not sure about North / East Adelaide, but in terms of BJJ there's SABJJ which is near Newton, ISOHEALTH (where I train, which also provides training in standup striking / clinch work) at Thebarton off Henley Beach Road, and BTT, which is also in Thebarton somewhere near South Rd.
