Lol yea, no offense to my pops but he isn't the greatest grappler in the world. He still can hold his own with experienced people due to the fact that he is like 200 pounds and decent skill. Me on the other hand weighing no more then 110 pounds walking around also have an advantage, much smaller people can make themselves fell as they arent maneuvering around setting things up while they are in fact going for position or subs. Every size has its advantage is what i would say

I can't give a fair assessment of that fight. As a wrestler, Karelin is nothing short of godlike in my eyes.

Word. Brock is a big strong dude who got bigger, stronger, and quicker, by use of steroids. Karelin is an athlete of supreme order, whom did ballet, rowed row boats in 2 ft deep mud bogs, and could (according to my coach, when he was an Olympic alternate on the Greco team) run a 4.7 second 40 yard dash. Oh yeah, and basically never lost a Greco tournament for 13 years.

He lost cause Lesner stuck to him like glue, and pounded him.
I wrote a topic that everyone denounced(Story of a bluebelt), and no one would listen, but I had a great point. Now everyone can see for them self.
Brock was too high up, put his weight down, and smashed Mir with brute force.
You can't always depend on the guard game in a fight.
That's why Couture did better with brock, because he had good offensive wrestling.
I wouln't pull guard in any fight unless I had too.

    Don't forget the Karelin lift.

    Requires Flash Player

And in 10 of those 13 undefeated years he managed to not have a single point scored against him.

Karelin: so awesome, he's Fedor Emelianenko's hero and inspiration.
