Pro fighters with big noses/ears
Okay, wierd question, I know. Can you think of any pro fighters with big ole schnozz's or giant elephant ears? I can think of a few guys with the big, wide, flat type of noses who look like they came pre-smashed, but no one with any big projecting pieces of cartilage. Are big noses or ears so much easier to smash, rip, or break that it's an insurmountable disadvantage? Or do the guys with big noses all get turned into the smooshed/wide/flat nose type by the time they turn pro?
Who was that guy at UFC 100 with the beard and the ears that stuck way out?
He looked like a monkey.
What about big hands and feet....I see where you are going with this.

Actually, it's something I wondered about myself before I started fighting. And yes, if you have a big long nose it tends to get remodeled a little over the years. I work a lot of head movement (for that reason) so it's not AS bad for me. But I did have a bigger nose before I started boxing.
That said, if you see a good doctor after every break you'll be fine. The cartilage won't look the same and you might have a slight bump in the bone, but when they reset it your airways will stay nice and open.
So as long as you see a doctor you can fight all you want. If that was your plan.
