if you weren't talking about his video you need to learn to be *much* more specific with your comments.
Whatever. I haven't checked that vid yet(or maybe I did and did'nt leave an impression on me) I will check it(again) when I get a chance, then I will let you know how "wrong" I was in my assessment.

Hello, welcome to the CMA forum. You are entitled to your opinions here but, we keep it a little more on track, minus wing chun, please act accordingly.
The hood mentality is crippling disease, that attacks your nervous system. It makes you nervous of the system. Gangsters and hood rats are especially susceptible to this growth stunting mentality. Not a competition, but some tanglang guys crosstraining shuaijiao mostly without jackets:

(qin na setup to shoulder throw at ~1:51)
YouTube - Wu Guan Shuai Jiao Part 3
(bow and arrow stance ~0:42)
... it might be useful to compare these jacket-less shuaijiao movements to the alive tui shou clips that have been posted on the forum.

This video shows some warmups that depict proper use of various CMA stance and stepping methods that one typically hears explained as absolutely nonsensical applications:

(cross stance, horse to bow-and-arrow, crane, bagua-style stepping)
He Guanda is teaches at the Temple City Shuaijiao Club in Los Angeles, in case anyone there is interested.

Mismatch. Nothing too flashy, mostly pushes and knee-touches. At one point, though, he hurls the guy like a discus.

They've started allowing 10 seconds of groundwork in some UK comps now. Oxford Tai Chi has some people with BJJ experience, but I expect that the videos which come out of these competitions are going to produce some mirth in the serious grappling community.

This is a good one. Short and sweet, with three excellent (to my untrained eye) techniques. A foot sweep, a void-creation, and a foot catch/hook. Small guy takes it, and there's slow-mo replay action.
