    I train at team quest, and previously trained with a school affiliated with ncfc, so I've had the opportunity to meet quite a few. Two were roommates at one point or another. Overall, way nicer than the people I work with.

    i train with elvis sinosic and anthony perosh who have both fought in the UFC. hopefully anthony will be in the UFC again soon...

    and since we're dropping names and all - he hasn't fought in the UFC yet, but my cousin is kyle noke. and i tend to think that's pretty cool.

    On another note;

    I firmly believe that those who fight proffesionally aren't that far removed from whatever their profession was before they started fighting, so they damn sure remember where they came from.

    The only UFC fighter I ever met was one of the guys from back in the old days. Some skinny Brazilian guy named Royce. Very obliging, let us all take photos with him, shook all our hands, but didn't stick around to interrupt class any more than necessary.
