    interesting toe kicking style

What do you guys think? I am actually thinking about learning it to combine with muay thai for low kicks, the backward upward crescent kick also seems interesting and unexpected to use as a technique, I ahvent seen anyone in mma do anything like that so theyd probably not expect it.
    YouTube - Chuo Jiao (4of4)

    "
Chuo Jiao, the style of the Penetrating Foot, is an ancient style with roots in Wen Family Boxing. This was mentioned in General Qi Jiguang's book as one of the most effective systems of his times. The most popular Chuojiao is the branch merged with fanzi (Chuojiao Fanzi) coming from Li Country in Hebei. However, in recent months an old branch of the system (according to its practitioners) came into light. It is called Gu Zhizi (Ancient Zhizi- Ancient Chuojiao) and was passed to the Yin family in Suning County which kept it for centuries. The style shares theory very similar to Xinyi/Xingyi. Li Fuzhen, famous disciple of Che Yizhai, was so impressed by the system that he incorporated its elements into Che Style Xingyiquan and created Mandarin Ducks Kicks routine. This is apparently the first video material about this rare branch ever made public"

so it seems its a village style.

I think your posting here will be short lived.

Well instead of kicking with your toes and breaking them there is a technique that i learned from a seminar with Jeff Jimmo that you stick your foot and toes up and it flexes the muscles on your shin so when you kick its more hard on the sides not soft.

There's usually a good reason no one has heard of these strange and exotic systems....they suck.

it could simply mean it is a village style unknown to the outside world or kept hdden/closed door/secret from outsiders. Roning mentions using it here:

Maybe you'll train hard enough and they'll let you in to the inner circle.

Seriously guy, why not do muay thai if you want to kick people? It's got a proven track record. Or Kyokushin. Or play football (soccer).

Go to MAP. They'll tell you what you want to hear

WTF are you guys talking about? I've seen this video and I don't think it's mysterious. It's quite popular among wushu fanboys(around here).

I was a little shocked. Sure, he changed sides quickly, but I guess even a dog can realize it has more in common with the wolf than with the shephard.

I give him the names of some BJJ schools in the area, and we go our separate ways.

I bet you could condition your toes to be tough enough to do that, but I'm not sure there would be much of a point.

I guess it would be really good for kicking dudes in the balls, but if you are trying to do that, you wouldn't be barefoot.

The only other use would be to do a front kick to your opponent's chest, but then stop short and give a purple nurple with your toes. Which would be pretty awesome actually.

The final secret technique of this style must be to combine those two techniques, and grab and twist the other guys balls off using only your feet. This is known as the Mandarin Dick Kicks routine.

    ok time for bed.
