I have gone from an open ranch in Idaho to a small apartment in Sacramento. My work out used to involve hammers, rail road ties and a large tractor tire. I cant do that here and due to this bitch and her 8 kids in my apartment complex I cant really use the gym here.
I have found a lot of great stuff to do in parking garages, open area, inclined ramps, stairs, bars for pullups and many other excersizes. So if you are in an urban area and really cant find a good place to work out, find a parking garage and get creative. It has greatly improved my cardio.

I imagine that would work.
Do intervals up and down the ramps, burpees and pushups on the flat part, find a girder that isn't disgusting/sharp and do pull-ups.
Maybe if you're jacked you can push cars around too.

Well with all these hybrids that istn safe. Pushing certain Hybrids can activate the generator in the wheels and it may kill you. It has claimed others. In the shopw we are never allowed to push these cars. They must always be on a dolley. Not to get on a full rant on how much I REALLY hate hybrids and would only recomend them to to somebody I wish dead. But they can also give you cancer. It is a true mystery to me why they are allowed on the road.
