    Finally! Armbars are my favorite submission technique and hot women failing to do them correctly (and thus requiring me to correct them via the use of private instruction) all in the same month.

    Armbars work, and not just in the UFC

    I have used an ambar as a take down / control technique on the street and it worked great. It wasn't like the delicious picture, but...

    The guy was on one knee and elbowing my graveyard partner in the face when I caught up to the fight. The bad guy had his right arm posted. I took two hand control of his right wrist and rolled all my weight onto his upper arm/shoulder. Not only did he go to the ground but he got road rash all over his face. I shifted up and put my knee on his shoulder joint and maintained full control.

    Armbars, good stuff.
