That really puts this into perspective. I really need to work on pull ups...
I looked up the Tabata protocol. I think what I'll do is tues/thurs I'll add Tabata workouts and mon/wed/fri I'm going to add some swim sprints. I'm going to need to figuer out a way to get more pull ups in. The whole greasing the groove thing isn't going to work because the only place I can do pull ups is at the gym.
5 weeks isn't really a deadline, but it's when I'll be done with this phase of school and my schedule will be changing.
