72 year old former boxer beats up burglar

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...old-boxer.html

Not really a burglar it seems that this was a neighbourhood dispute, which the douchebag above decided to settle by getting drunk and threatening his neighbour with a knife.

Fortunately his 72 year-old neighbour was a former boxer, who dodged the knife and then floored the douche with a right-hand. He then dragged the douche outside and "subdued" him with punches. The police were called and the douchebag is now serving 4 years in prison.

Nominated for the next badass of the month:

That's one hell of a beating.

I'm going to hold off on a BAoM nomination, though. I have a better one (although I'm not sure where to post it, since it's not really MA related but it's badass as all hell).

Actually, it's a common misconception that burglary means breaking in with the intention of stealing something. Not in every jurisdiction, but it often means breaking in with the intention of committing a crime. As Gregory McCalium was convicted of aggravated burglary, I think it's fair to call him a burglar.

I thought this was going to be a necro post, from the last time an elderly boxer beat up a burglar. I've said it before and I'll probably say it again. The oldschoolers are badasses.
