I have an unusual problem.
Hello, my handle on numerous forums is "The Tourist." I am a retired credit manager, and now work as a tinker specializing in the sharpening and repair of Japanese kitchen knives.
Like most of the members here, I don't suffer fools. I do not follow any MA disciplines, but I collect guns and knives and subscribe to several forums with similar interests. Here's the problem.
I seem to have a picked up a "cyber stalker." You know him well. It's Phil Elmore.
Now granted, he and I have had disputes in open forums, the biggest one was in his own forum. He followed a few of us to CCW, and now has followed me to TalkBlade.
He seems to only post after my last post, and to no one else.
I have notified one of that forum's mods and put the dick on "ignore." Personally he has proved to be a harmless whack-job, but you guys seem to know how to handle this type of thing.
Has this happened to anyone here? How did you end the harrasment?
It's the internet. Ignor him.

(Mods, please move the thread if I have placed it in the wrong area. Thanks.)
I already have put him on ignore, that's not the total problem.
Not only is it a bit disheartening to keep seeing him apply to new forums, I have a business to run. If I am going to keep contributing to knife forums and winning the trust of the clients, I don't need a cry-baby following me around for a dust-up that happened almost eight years ago.
Put Phil in the search box and have fun.
The eyebrow of death awaits those who doubt the power of Phil.

Sorry, that wasn't very helpful. There probably isn't anything you can do, other than ignoring him.
Though every time he posts you can always try to post something asking why he's harassing you about an argument on the internet 8 years after the fact.
Sign him up for his state's furry society.
