    I'm gonna agree on torn rib cartilage, and I've seen a few AC joint separations (acromioclavicular, if I'm not mistaken, the one that's sort of a scaffold that holds the shoulder up) from bad landings. I guess elbow hyperextension is also probably common in BJJ training.

    Repeated strains of the rhomboid muscle. Tricep tendonitis both, calcium deposits on elbows. My fingers also hurt sometimes T_T

    I've also had the torn rib cartilage, and one of my ribs on the left side is displaced. It just popped one time when I was inside my guard while getting stacked hard.

    My big toes got pretty messed up too. I broke one and developed bunions on both.

    Other than that, just the common sprains and pains that come with any contact sport.
