    Nice video. Thanks for sharing.

When you are that tired, is not only when your worst habits come out, but it's also the best time to fix them.

Best of luck with your upcoming fight.

Have to agree with the dropping hands thing, that's the most obvious.

Other than that, are you guys intentionally working at a shorter range? Nice chopping rights are great, but being able to land them at a little more range is good too.

I do kind of agree that I'm stuffing my punches a bit, though the coach seems to highly favor tight, close shots and infighting.

do you do the turning over of the fist normally when you punch? ala the way sefo punches?
I'm not totally sure how Sefo punches, but yeah I try to turn my fist all the way over so that the knuckle of my thumb is pointed towards the ground.

This was my question too, actually. My coach is constantly on everyone's ass to punch with full extension whenever possible.

Other than that...well, I wouldn't really want to be on the other end of most of those.

Yeah, my previous boxing coaches seemed to be more strict about maintaining your range and punching with full extension. My current coach definitely wants you to fully extend your punches, though when doing pad work he likes to get very close and have you throw everything really short and tight.

If you guys do a fight in Athens let me know, I'll take you guys out for steak and beer afterwards or something.

Any chance of you hooking us up with a recent sparring vid? I'd like to see how your footwork has changed/improved with the boxing coach involved.

I can't reveal my secret sparring footage or people will figure out ways to defeat me!

If I get a chance to make a sparring video some time I might post it, though more likely the next time a video of me in action gets posted will be from the IKF tournament where I will hopefully be demonstrating some slick skillz.
