Well we can see if Coach Josh or Neil Ohlenkamp can keep us apprised, as it may have been Mr. Ohlenkamp's Kodokan cert that was used to register rank with the USJA.

We will have to hope that people in the know will respond. I have a sneaking suspicion we may never know the circumstances. Just by the reactions on the Judoforum.

I wouldn't blame them either.

No, it won't be a cover up. If it turns out he had false rank, his card will be rescinded, there may be a notation in his computer file, and they may say "he is not ranked with us or a member."

The details really are none of our business. Yes, as much as WW, plus others, got the ball rolling, at the end of the day it is there org and they don't have to explain **** to us.

I don't know if I will find anything out after the USJA investigates, but if I do it is more likely that I will post it on the Judo Forum at http://judoforum.com/index.php?showtopic=38190

I'll ask someone I know in the USJA about what might be going on. Not sure if Board Members would be privy to that sort of thing, but I will inquire.

I'll write up documentation regarding the chain of events described in my last post, to wit, the process by which we verified then un-verified his USJA rank.

Do you do your writeups on your PC (text file) or in a wiki sandbox somewhere?
