I believe (And I'm pretty sure the crack Bullshido legal team will affirm) that you would have a hard time demonstrating that we caused you unwarranted mental stress by pointing out that you falsified documentation and lied about your credentials. In fact, if you have been teaching under the auspices of those falsified credentials I am fairly certain that your students could sue you for misrepresentation of services, fraud, and possibly negligence since you are supposed to be overseeing an activity with inherent risk.
I know it's unpleasant to have the truth come out this way, but you have no one to blame but yourself and the sooner you realize that, clean up your act, and move on the happier you will be.

Again, I urge him to take a look at what happened in the Juko-kai vs Cunningham matter to see how badly it can go.....

Be careful what you say, anything you say on this thread can possibly be used in a lawsuit. If anyone trolls this thread they will receive a temp ban.

At the moment we are not closing this thread.

At least on behalf of Bullshido I deny any allegations and claims made by Mr. Morton concerning infliction of emotional duress. (intentional and negligent)

But Matt, if you do indeed sue Bullshido, we will countersue for malicious prosecution. We will also use discovery to access ALL your relevant medical and service records as part of discovery, as would be our right as a defendant.
