i reread your post. morton could have picked up corporal within 4 years. however, it's uncommon and often times, corporal is used as a carrot to get a reenlistment.

e4 in the corps is a different than e4 in the other branches.

it doesn't matter though, because the document is 100% fabricated. it is not an altered document like some of his others.

Wow, I guess my suspicions are correct.

I'd like to laugh but this is really sad.

I trained with Moo Sul Kwan when I was young, and this sort of nonsense would have never stood. I don't know Matt personally but I know his father, and his father is a great guy.

WhiteKimbo, do you know if he is still associated with Moo Sul Kwan?

moo sul kwan has declined to make any statement as far as i know.

i do know he is no longer teaching at the st. louis MSK, and others have speculated that due to his father's status in the MSK, they want to keep it in house.

that's their prerogative, it doesn't matter, because he isn't teaching there anymore.

Moo Sul Kwan is a bit old-school...most likely we'll never hear anything from them. It's good to know he's not teaching though. He should earn his rank like the rest of us.

I didn't post a link but I replied in his introduction asking him where or if he trains Aikido in St. Louis. I'm interested in seeing how far he will take this.

It appears multiple parts of that form are perfect matches. Looks like my Google-Fu is as strong as Morton's, as I immediately found the certificate he probably used to forge his.

ask him about funny boot camp stories, tell him how cool you think judo is, how much you want to learn more about aikido because it's teh r34l japaneesy.

you get the idea. the guy loves talking about himself.
