Or given your previous post on ear problems and flying. If you still have an ear problem - it may have migrated to your inner ear - which would pretty much explain everything you listed as problems in your OP. But the advice is still the same - doctor.

Wow! There is a pretty nice list of all the stuff it could be.
Seizure: see a neurologist.
Vertigo: same...don't think it is this.
Wolfe Parkinson's White Syndrome: see cardiologist.
Hypo(or per) glycemia: see endocrenologist.
Inner ear infection: see ENT doctor.
Dehydration: see general medical doctor.
Concussion: get CT of brain.
Atrial fibrilation (doubt it): see cardiologist
CVA (doubt it because of lack of residuals): see neurologist/ get MRI or CT of brain

Those are just off the top of my head. Unfortunately for you and your bank account, you have to see a GM first and then get referred to the others(usually). So you will be paying good money. However, this could be the precursor to something a lot bigger so you never want to play around.

Damn...I was hoping that it was just a "Take two Tylenol and post in the morning" situations. Hope it was just some bad food. If its a brain situation I will need to find a new career. Well I am just gonna have to hope for the best on Tuesday.

even if u had a minor headache in the morning, half the bullies here will tell u to go to see a doc incase your brain is bleeding or something, let alone symptoms as serious as yours.

True. I've had symptoms like that on occasion and just chalked it up to bad food. Still, "go to the doctor" isn't bad advice.

I hope the OP's insurance is good.
