The face grab.
Who would get out of that?
And, he immediately controls the head,
hence the body.
Keeping the other sledgehammer available
for random destruction.
jesus, could shaq's hands be any slower?
That's just an optical illusion.

I dont want this fight to happen because Choi would seriously wreck him, especially after seeing that vid.
I dont want to see the big man beat up :(
why does he do pushups in the rain, does the water make the pushups harder? or is it a "step up" sorta thing, makes him look more awesome?
YouTube - Step Up 2 Final Rain Dance Scene
Those blocks he makes look setup, he had his hands up before the guy was the pad even wacks him in his armpit
i dont even know why he bothers to cover his face, i dont think anyone can reach high enough to hit him in the face without getting bear hugged to death

I'm pretty sure his trainer is calling out his punches to him, (you can hear him say "jab jab" at one point when there's audio from them), so I'd say that's why he knew it was coming.

He drops his right every time he throws a jab. Is that the way people train MMA? I ask because he's obviously athletic...so is he just that bad at the rudiments of boxing? Or is there some kind of technique there?
I think I already know the answer.
