Any Texas LEOs help me debunk some claims?

He is 36 years old, born in 1973, graduated high school in 91.

Just an update on this, we got some more information. He left Texas at the beginning of 1996, so he would have had to be a cop between graduating highschool in 1991 and leaving Texas in 1996. At the same time supposedly earning a criminal justice degree. AND Taking a year to travel to europe.
So our current theory on how this might be possible is that he graduated high school, went to europe for a month during the summer ,came back got a 2 year criminal justice degree, then became a security guard at a mall for 2 years before moving to Ga with his parents.

We assume no shooting, no actual time as a police officer. That seems reasonable.

MY theory is, he got his GED, where he saw a map of Europe, once walked across A&M campus where he was harassed by a cop.

I have been LEO in Texas since January ''94.
No TAMU officer on any campus was shot since I have been a cop.
No TAMU Officer I know has ever heard of him. One of them has been there since '95.
End of story.
