i would recommend working foward throws and rear throws from a thai clinch,rather than shooting for the double leg.
i only say this because a lot of people get caught in the front headlock/chauncury, if you must do leg pick ups, do the duck under from the clinch, but you still can get caught.
osoto gari/ outside leg reap and kubi nage/ head throw are pretty solid combinations for throws, or at least, they work well for my son.
I think your strikes are very solid, you should adopt the"jab,cross,toss" stradegy. beat the hell out of them with strikes that you force them to clinch, then dump them.
This has been a stratedgey my son and i have been working on for his particular game.
16 years till retirement.
