    Busted Knee

    So Im having an issue with a hurt knee. It hurts when I pivot on it, and is messed up. I really can't run on it either.

    Im 99 percent sure I pulled a muscle, or tore a ligament.

    IDK which one it is. But I did it when I was lifting the other day. It sucks because I can't run on it. And gets to be quiet painful.

    Do you think it is just a pulled muscle, or something serious.

    I dont want to go to the doctors unless I have to. I can get around on it fine, but when I start to add stress to it, it starts to hurt.

    GO SEE A DOCTOR!!!! I hope you have insurance. Knee injuries are nothing to **** around with.

    Pretty sure there aren't any muscles inside the joint, so if that's where the pain's coming from, you've got your answer.

    Well I decided to go see a doctor after going for a run the other day and limping back. He said it is a mild case of tendinitis.

    Ha, I should of known better than to just jump full throttle back into the weight training after having to stop most of the drills I do, due to getting my hand stiched up for 2 weeks.

    Oh well!

    Well he gave me a prescription of pills. If I still am sore on Monday Ill go see a specialist.

    All I want is to get my fat ass back into daily training agian
