Toothless Jones gets another shot and wins via his opponent being a ***** and refusing to come out for the third round. WTF....
Assuming that was the most recent episode I was watching...

Dana White paid Faulkner to take a dive.

Since when did someone "enjoy" quitting and admit it to their coach before a national audience?

    Obvious case of heart failure.

^Not only that, but then he talks about going into horror movies or something? What the ****? Someone who actually wanted to compete in mma could've gotten that spot. :/

I don't commend his quitting. Being a quitter myself, there is a reason why I don't compete in MMA matches. But perhaps he didn't realize he wasn't a fighter until he got in there in the real octagon. I remember from the Dana/Tito 'documentary' that Dana said some people just don't have it in them. Faulkner may have enjoyed the fight, but just realized then and there it wasn't for him. Again, I think the quitting was wrong for so many reasons. Even if I didn't want to fight the stupid cheering of USA would have gotten me up. He wasn't hurt, he was just freaked out. You could see it on his face in the middle of the first round.
There is no cheating, there is only jiu-jitsu.

That's two of our guys who've gassed out horribly after one round. Maybe the cardio is lacking in training?

I must say I was eagerly awaiting Faulkners fight after he was being hyped up as the best on the team. Mostly because I wasn't very impressed with his prelim and wondered what I'd missed. Needless to say I was really quite disapointed.

I think it was mental rather than physical with Faulkner you could see it in his face from the middle of the 1st that he just didn't fancy it,Lawson was pretty ill in the run up to his fight so i would give him the benefit of the doubt .
