Hedgehogy, thanks man, but I am really not familiar with names of techniques for grappling could you describe what these techniques are please? (btw what is a sprawl? sorry for n00bish questions. So far i put together that a sprawl is where you kick out your pelvis so they cannot put you into a single leg or shoulder thrust throw.)
