Terrible review indeed. Read the rating guidelines and the aliveness guidelines, then adjust your ratings, or at the very least attempt to justify them.
Also, get a new motto.[ petterhaggholm.net | blog | essays ]

“The plural of anecdote is anecdotes, not data.” -

IMO aliveness would be 9 unless they do striking more than monthly, and the grappling rating is dependent on their competition success, which might be legit (we'd just want to see evidence--links to tournament results, or names of students who have competed nationally).

Mark, this is an awful review ;P
Can you maybe talk about instructor qualifications, class structure, etc?

While you might have a point about ratings, I really don't know how you do them here; the shot on the motto is both childish and petty.
I will be doing a clinic at his school again in June, feel free to come on down and see what we do there.
Moose, you know better. He is new, help don't rag. YOU have been to his school, so make your own comments on that. -

I wrote down a quick list of what should be included,
From my brief, yet VERY pleasurable experience at Ameri-kan judo:
The program, Headed by Mark Hunter, whom i believe is a 5th or 6th degree blackbelt (don't remember, only from reading the certificates on the wall. There is no need to brag about rank at this dojo) in Judo, is very well organized. Conforming to USJA standards, the club offers a spacious mat, and expert instruction.
The students are friendly, and eager to learn. Everyone is willing to help, and there is absolutely NO shortage of successful, competition-proven Judoka to help improve your game.
