Style: Boxing, Beginner BJJ,--
I usually do explosive reps as my first workout then i move on to traditional- i do this because explosive reps can help you build more power, strength and speed, as well as burn more fat--all because they increase the number of fast-twitch muscle fibers used during the exercise.
