Style: Muay Thai & BJJ
Some breathing excercies that I got form this book, "Ultimate Submissions".
Blow out all the air out of your lungs.
Take a deep breathe for 4 seconds
Hold for 7
Blow all out with a count of 8.
Also, while rolling, think about your breathing, and when you start to pant, blow out all the air in your lungs and take a deep breath. Very hard for me to do, but once I got it, I was able to roll with more energy.
