Someone posted that he could preform any break without conditioning.
I'd like to see you perform the following breaks if at all possible
YouTube - (鐵砂掌-高壓連鎖磚)- high compressed brick break-iron palm
YouTube - 3cm-花崗岩-this monkeyfist works -3cm granite break
YouTube - North Korean Bodyguards (The brick break they show please).

This would interest me much. The final video shows some smashing a real baseball bat and an old man who;s hands are still hard as stone. Also I'd like to point out Wladimir Klitchko uses makiwara training to strengthen his hands. Even with gloves and wraps on he still hits hard enough to damage his hands. He also has a masters in sport science. I have a friend who is a professional muay thai fighter and after a fight that lasted about a minute had bleeding knuckles. If he had no gloves and wraps on who knows what the condition of his hands would have been. I personally don't preform any hand conditioning so I would appreciate if the person who said he could preform any break without conditioning went through and gave us some feedback. -

Well, first video showed a damn easy break - the secret to it is that the edge of the curb acts to snap the brick. If the breaker isn't confident about it, he can use the steadying hand to lift the brick up ever so slightly so the striking hand can slap it down onto the curb. It's very similar to the one where you hold two bricks in one hand and strike with the other.
The second video, yeah, it takes some physical strength, but granite still doesn't have much shear strength and as long as it has a sufficiently long gap between the supported ends, it isn't that big a deal to break it.
I did a fire-walking seminar years ago, and one of the things the host did to build up people's confidence was break pine boards. Even with no training, every single person (including one guy with cerebral palsy) broke the board on either the first or second hit. -

Lol. Only if you showed up at his house in the middle of the night.
The really amazing thing about that flat palm break is that the fracture appears under the front side of the major knuckles, and not the center (or heel) of the palm. Now darkness comes; you don't know if the whales are coming. - Royce Gracie

Thanks for the kind words brothers.
I do try to please.
But I have been training my hands for over 15 years.
I would not want anyone trying to break without conditioning as the risk of injuring yourself would be great.

Im hitting the brick with my whole palm of my hand.
Though Im lifting my fingers off causing the palm of my hand to stretch out and hit first without hitting my fingers.
the brick breaks where it breaks, sometimes its down the middle and most of the time it breaks down the weakest part of the brick.
