    Commenting on the earlier posters who mentioned Stronglifts, how well will this program mesh with a 3 day a week MMA schedule?

    Remember 'hips up' not 'stand up' or 'raise bar' when you deadlift. Maybe I just totally suck [very likely] but I have to rely on mental cues most of the time to make sure my back doesn't take over from my glutes and potentially destroy my spine.
