Seriously, can we quit having gym themed topics on a martial arts board? T-nation isn't putting out articles about martial artist douchebags.

RE: Thin pins on a powercage, I've got a similiar model that's supported 500lbs crashing on it plenty of times, so don't sweat the 275.

That's just one more reason to go join CrossFit or, if that isn't an option, dig up $200, buy an Olympic weight set, and get your lift on at home. Plus nobody will take your pic with a camera phone while you're engaged in your own personal douchebaggery.
