Have you checked Robert Smith's and/or Donn Draeger's books at all? Of course if its a "secret" art passed down and just recently made available for the public, you wouldnt find anything . . .

The head of the art is Sam Chin. The street buzz is that he has paid his dues and some of his senior students have too. I saw on another MA forum that he is doing a workshop in Holland Netherlands in the beginning of March and in the US in Boston MA at the end of March. If you want to see if it's real, then check it out. There is information on their website at iliqchuan.com

P.S. I found info about the Boston workshop on their website and cut and pasted it in a new thread on this forum a few weeks ago. It looks like a lot of material but it also sounds pretty substantial for an introductory workshop.
