no idea yet.
my first priority is the belgian TD which is oct 3rd.
my friend starts living in the uk end of oct/early november.
i really cant pick a date yet.
the funny thing is, going to london would be cheaper then belgium or any other place thanks to a free place to crash and easy jet.
for example: going to Groningen takes me almost 2 times longer then london.
as from 2010 its way more realistic for me to start attending London TD's. -

If I happen to be around London at the relevant time, then I'm always up for some grappling. So, I'll keep an eye on this thread (though looks like mostly strikers at the moment, unusually for UK throwdowns).

I'm back in town! Wow, that was some awesome trip... still looking through the 1000+ awesome pictures we took.
But yeah, going to go back to training when my Sifu comes back from China as well, which is in less than a week's time. Meanwhile I wouldn't mind meeting some of you guys and kick the crap out of each other for the sake of lulz.
Lebell, are you around London yet or still didn't come up with a date?
And cousto, PM me so we can get each others' numbers. I live very close to Newham, and I normally pass through East Ham every day, too, so it'll be pretty easy to find each other.
And last, but not least, I won a dancing contest in GuangZhou! :D

Those events were poorly organised the last time I went to one.. two guys from the same gym i know were the only ones in their weight class so they paid £15 and traveled for 2 hours to fight each other..
Also they tend to change the rules rather frequently.. (haven't been involved with them for two years things may have changed) -

cousto, I've left you my email on your profile, go check it out. :)
Unfortunately, no. My Sifu has a somewhat bad relationship with them due to some drama that stirred up from the past, when he first came to England. I'm not too sure of the details, but I think they weren't too happy with a non-british competitor to win 2-3 times in a row and they somewhat "forced" him to retire. I think he also mentioned the endless amounts of membership fees that gave him no benefit whatsoever, which got him to leave the organization.
He does want us to join it in the future, though, if we get the chance to. He says we could always use some more practice anyways, and I agree, since we've mostly fought indoors so far. :/
