The only thing they got going form them is a couple of cute girls in that video. That, and their shocking speed.

But srsly, after the demo, maybe ask one of the chunner assistants if he wants to spar a little. Say you're impressed and would like to test your Judo against their Chun. That way you're not directly challenging their head instructor.

I agree with the others. Be respectful for your instructor's sake. He invited them, after all.

But feel free to be reasonably non-compliant. Demand some kuzushi!

I say **** that noise. During the first compliant 2 man drill with one of them you dump that fucker on his head, go to knee on belly and start screaming "WHERE ARE YOUR EYE GOUGES NOW BITCH?!?!?" while pimp slapping him back and forth.

BJJ might make you a better ground fighter, but Judo will make you a better dancer.

    Yes be respectful.

Do feel free to **** stir though, it won't be hard, you know how smug chunners can be! Chances are you've known your instructor a long time, so you'll know exactly which buttons to push.

I eagerly await video of the resulting chunapocalypse.

There's nothing wrong with being politely inquisitive, IMO. If your seniors are ok with it, start asking questions about things when the time is right. One of the best ways I've found to get people talking is to make them feel smart or good about themselves. Come off as sincerely inquisitive (it helps if you really are), and show reasonable "humility" or "humbleness" without any kind of self-degradation ("I'm really stupid, could you show me etc etc"). If they show you something that you think is BS or wouldn't work under pressure or with resistance, again be polite and offer suggestions where you feel there may be weaknesses. Ask politely to see a demonstration, and/or offer to be a demonstration dummy, and be very clear about the conditions, uncertainty avoidance is NOT the right thing for strangers in martial arts settings like that. Try to keep an open mind about things, I've seen some stuff I've thought was really stupid work great before in alive, noncompliant situations. Treat the overall situation as a chance to learn something, not as an opportunity to pwnt bullshidoists. You never know, there is a remote chance a few of these guys are the real deal and can actually fight, and possibly teach you something. Or they could be total bullshit... Either way best of luck, and MAKE VIDS and POST THEM!

Bonus points if you can get the lead instructor to use the word "Foom!" though any means or trickery at your disposal!

Mater Tang? Does he have any relations to this gentleman?:

If his Chun is anywhere near this guy's level, I would watch out.

This has to be the most boring and unmotivational promotional video I have ever seen.
