    Don't most effective martial arts focus on hurting/defeating other people? How is this special? Muay Thai and Kyokushin Karate can both be used effectively in a fight.

    Just gonna throw this out there but the fighting you see in movies is usually unrealistic.

    I know it looks badass when Tony Jaa is able to beat down multiple opponents so easily, but those movies are works of fiction.
