I also keep a pretty good running log of my training which you can link to in my sig. It shows exactly what we are currently doing, when, and where.

What is your back ground, goal, age, and what are you wanting to do? I see TSD in your style field, is that what you are currently training? We recently had some people show up and we were not on the same page. So we are are going to be a little more selective in the future.
So let me know what you are into.Combatives training log.

im 28, ive been taking tsd for a year now, i tkd for a year .. we do alot of sparring at my school but nothing that alows me to use my full skill set, ( i also train in filipino stick fighting and krav maga) i would like to further my training by actualy using the skills i have been taught our sparring is mostly kicks and punches not allowed to counter or hold and to be better i think i would be best to practically applicate everything i have been taught.

So basically you are looking for sparring time not really training? If so, that's cool and Ill meet up with you to spar, but there wouldn't be a reason to come out to training where people are learning and sparring. So, pick a day and location, I'll meet yah somewhere.
Also, where do you train FMA at?Combatives training log.
