Damn, dislocated my shoulder yesterday while rolling. I will probably have to take it a bit easy on saturday...mabe spend more time taking notes than actually participating...unless it starts feeling a whole lot better!

The seminar was absolutely epic. If you didn't go you really lost out, and I only managed to make it for one day this time! Great instruction as usual, and I've now got a bunch more horribly cruel techniques to spring on my sparring partners. It was nice to meet the few people that attended the sunday portion this time, and it was great seeing Coach again. I'll definitely be there for the entirety of the next one.

I was up there Saturday. I really enjoyed the seminar.

    My favorites from the seminar:

    - grip break to russian tie to collar grip -> uchi mata to arm triangle or the jap whizzer to the armlock

    - turtle attack kimura to straight arm bar

    -georgia pickup or ski lift

    Well worth it.

Next time I would love to see more throws from the Russian Tie (2 on 1 grip), Belt grip throws , Calf and Bicep slicer entries. Of course my leg locks need a ton of work as well.

This is all the "non-traditional" stuff I have trouble learning down in Columbus.

    Thanks coach.

End of July sounds great! I am taking fighters to train in TN in early July and fight in Wisconsin in Mid July so end of July fits perfectly for me.

Yeah were alive :) We both had lots of fun and talked of it all the way home. The seminar was absolutely great! You douchers who didn't go really missed out.

    --------------------------------------------------------
Some of my favorites stuff in the seminar was

All of the Lebell stuff for starters.

    That sneaky jaw crush

    The Shin lock

The judo double leg (Love it!)

    Gi Grip breaks to throws

    The Lebell come along

And the combat Judo stuff was fun too. (Thanks for the slap MTripp)
    --------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm really looking forward to my next live grapple, so I can use some of the stuff I learned.

Cant wait for the next one in July!!! Thanks Mtripp for putting on the seminar and thanks markjudo for hosting. The 5 hour drive was nothing in comparison to all the cool things we learned.

    Thanks so much.
