Training with my coach - Alex Barakov

Here is some footage of my last trip to Russia (november). I love training with my coach and just wanted to share some of the experience with you guys.

I just uploaded it, so it may be a few minutes before it is viewable...

In my humble jiu jitsu opinion i see a lot of losing position for leg lock attempts :)

Yeah, I spun out when he had my ankle on occassion, but I did not feel he had secure grip on my thigh and would not finish the lock. Looked like he could get a kneebar, but he had no control over the leg. But, we were not all out sparring anyway, more moving with each other for. Trying to keep constant mtion. You can see me telling him to keep moving when he started to slow down. I did not finish the leg locks that I had also.

Sometimes you lose and sometimes the other guy wins.

At this point I don't owe anybody an explenation.

    Schools I trained at:
Lotus Club Cetepe Liberdade Sao Paulo
    Renzo Gracie NYC
    New York Combat Sambo
