S'Istrumpa is the traditional folk wrestling style of Sardinia. A typical European "back-hold" wrestling style, it's fought with each wrestler's hands locked behind their opponent's back, from standing to the best two out of three clean falls. I've said this before on Bullshido, the backhold is a sweet position. It's rapidly becoming one of my favorite throwing positions from the clinch.
