oh hell I do a similar excercise all the time. I take ankleweights and fistweights and wristweights and a weight vest and I wear them while training and doing cardio. It'll make you faster, and burn more calories.
yeah, I really need to read the rest of the thread before I post. Maybe I should head down to the Y and get my Judogi all wet and train...
Why not just zero in on the specific muscle or muscle group you want to work and then train it directly for strength and/or endurance? Then go do whatever activity you want.
