My female muay thai team:Brainstorming thread (FEEDBACK WANTED)

This. I lost 75% of our Nam Wah Pai class from 8 to 2, when due to an upcoming leitai tourney, the instructor had the advanced student come in early to do some full contact sparring. The sound of impacts could be heard 20ft away.

Left me and another Nam Wah Pai classmate, incidentally because both of us were used to much tougher training/sparring. I was training Ashihara Karate at the time and his other class train iron shirt kungfu or body toughness conditioning and weapon forms with wood scaffolding instead of the usual MA store bought staff/pole.

Ah hah, those people don't realize that getting hit is the best part.
