    Yeah, by your definition, you.

Now, I wouldn't say exceptional but, I'm using your criteria.

we have a standing instruction in my gym that if you break a HB or knock it off the chain, you mount it and finish the round.

I don't really see many olympic TKD competitors (ala stephen lopez) crossing over to MMA. They've strongly adaptad to OTKD already, and crossing over would require almost starting from scratch for them - even if they have the lack of ego that takes, building the attributes, then getting used to the new game...it would be a jump. It might happen someday, though.

Funny I don't recall listing any criteria or saying I was anything more than a piece of **** amateur but apparently you still have a dick up your ass about when I disagreed with you so you find any reason to argue with me, which only makes you look spiteful and immature.

Disagreed with what? That you should take advice from fighters and not argue with them? You ended up agreeing.

You do OTKD, you have negligible training in any other art, therefore OTKD broke the bag.

Immature is not realizing you said this:
convinced me was when I started switching my kicking style from Olympic TKD style to a half assed san shou style which was the best I could do since I did not have an instructor to teach me to do it properly and snapped my 250lb everlast
You explained your so called Sanshou training. You are doing OTKD.

Now, once you start training Sanshou then you can claim it is half assed Sashou. Right now, it is still OTKD.

True, though there is a place right over the border in St. Catherine's, and a few of the people with WNY-MMA and Buffalo Training Center seem to have some form of kick-boxing striking, though BJJ and straight up boxing seem the main focuses at both place. Have you incorporated much/any Sanshou into the Iron Fist boxing at Gold Summit, or do you guys still focus mainly on hands over kicks/throws?

Just that Metro Buffalo is fairly big (bigger than Boston proper), and there is a big SUNY school there. Sorry it sucks there. Move here.

I didn't really want to bring it up right now, because we are working on a San Da/Sanshou program, but we probably won't have classes for a while. Its in the planning stages right now.
