    Enough water

    One of my new years resolutions it to concentrate on consuming enough water... I have a hard time disciplining myself to do this (don't know why).... But isn't it very important to your training?

    It is important, if the other 90% of your diet and exercise is dialed in. Just try to drink three to four litres a day.

    Try get rid of ALL soda, juices, coffee, and tea. That will help you some!

    don't bother witht he double leg and mount, just bring the guiness and the funnell:D
