Right of way rules usually just led to 15 minutes of arguing
Having fenced for 10 years before quitting, I'd just like to add two things. First- this is probably the most accurate summation of right of way I've yet seen. Second- when you get to higher level tournaments, 15 minutes of arguing is pretty much just a friendly chat.
