    need a workout routine...

    Here's some info on myself - I am 17, tall, slim, not that strong (something I'd like to work on) and flexible. I have never had a workout routine before but I think it's about time that I did, but I thought I'd ask you guys if you could please make a routine for me since I have no experience in routine-making at all :/
    I don't want to end up looking like a body builder, but by all means that doesn't mean I don't want to gain muscle, which I do!
    If you know any good websites with workout routines on them, that would be great.

    Thanks to anyone who goes through the effort to help me out.

    Dude, check out this workout. It's an article by Outside magazine. Every year they publish an article about getting in the best shape of your life. It's a good overall fitness workout.     I use this when I don't have a gym around and want to improve my run too..I haven't made my 30 mile a week goal yet but I have some time now so I;m gonna follow this as well as the weight room.

    How about something to tone and lift your thighs and backside if you have knee problems and nerve damage in your hip? If I don't do something soon I will be sagging *shudder*

    if you have specific health problems that need to be worked around it is probably best if you talk to a certified personal trainer or physical therapist.

    that is probably the safest adn best route to go.
