    Haha!
As far as forms go, it looked like you knew how to use it.
That's 99.9% better than everyone else!

I know a dude who has perfect form, has won many local
and national level forms titles, yet, fights like a wet noodle.

You don't wanna be that guy.

Besides, you had a rashguard & sprawl shorts on. . .
you know you need the silkyPJ's to "do Gong Fu" properly!!

That was Lau Gar Kuen, and true Omega, it wasnt the best show of it I had seen.

It was introduced to the Hung Gar System by Lam Jo, our Current Sijo, we use it as a first or second form, depending on the student.

In any case, I couldnt resist, but ya have to admit, it took some stones to do that in public and on video??

My vote for Omega still stands.

    Thank you and God bless,,
    John.

LOL, no worries here, all arts are not for all practitioners. However, don't determine an opinion of the art from one video. We like to stick to our traditions but a few of us are open to new additions, that's why Sijo added the Lau gar form to the system.

    Thank you and God bless,,,

If it makes you feel better, I'll do a choy li fut form at the throwdown next saturday. Mine don't have neat hopping footwork though.

Cool, thats the other part of our system. For public demo's and the such we try to stay mostly with Hung Gar, but Choy Li Fut is an awesome art, which form you doing??

My ego is actually tempted to show you guys one of my regular forms considering Hung gar was not one of my main systems.
