I have enver had one, deep fried pizza yes but not for many years, but it pales behind your diet of , drop, cheese and Stroopwafels washed down with Heineken.

I don't like drop, been 10 years since i lat ate it.
Chees is okay though.
Don't get me started on stroopwafels, friggin horrible, though foreigners seem to love it.

About Heineken: whats the big difference with Heineken and eating *****?

I'd do it. If only for the drives. Try and hold it somewhere interesting tho. Like the depths o the Blackforest. Or the fjords. It seems sad going to Belgium and not being part of an army.

I'm using up most of my vacation time for my Aussie trip, but I'll keep an eye on this thread in case anything concrete happens.

Belgium can be grim and industrial or grim and historical but the Blackforest is the boxhead equivalent of Hillbilly country.
