Here's a gun, shoot yourself. STFU, you're giving morons a bad name.

    Welcome to bullshido.

Answer to your question, ignore the pain, pull your arm out and beat the **** out of the guy who locked it on. Afterwards, put ice on your elbow and nurse it for 2 months. Jeez where do they come up with these fucking questions???

Thanks for your advice, friends - I found that shaking like crazy and pulling my arm shut with all my strength works quite well, but Omega was right - I am now a cripple

One of our guys who was a homegrown fighter at the last Chicago McThrowdown was sparring "competitively" for the first time in his life. He didn't understand that if he was in a bad position, he could tap out. He thought he had to fight out.

After about 30 seconds, someone yells "YOU CAN SAY YOU'VE HAD ENOUGH IF YOU CAN'T GET OUT."

Then he's like "OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" and says "ok I can't get out."

It was kinda funny, even though it could have been worse.
