ok, first of all you're correct that weight loss will slow down.
Second, before you do anything else, you need to sort out your Breakfast. It would be bad enough for a moderately active person but for someone who trains every day, you're committing a cardinal sin by not eating in the morning. Porridge/Oatmeal is a good place to start, you could also try putting peanut butter in it for some morning protein. One person I know has Porridge and a small omelet.
Oh and you get tired after training hard. That sounds pretty normal to me dude.

Absolutely - you need to ensure that your body is getting a steady supply of food. Smaller portions, more often is what you should be looking for.

The main reason i miss breakfast is sleeping pattern. On the weekdays im in college at 9am i work wednesday evenings and i work late shifts on weekends often till 5-6am so i tend to get up with just enough time to get dressed and get to college on time. Thus skipping breakfast. I think i just need to attempt to get some kind of regular sleeping pattern and eating pattern.
Merry Christmas! shitter's full...

there are some days that i know i wont be able to have a real breakfast, so i keep a box of slim fast shakes (protien fortified ones) in my fridge and a box of granola bars in my pantry. no matter what, i know i can drink a shake and eat a 100 calorie granola bar.
