Kids classes are broken in to age groups. 4 - 6 & 7 - 12. the 4 - 6 yr olds work primarily on jiu jitsu. they have competed and done very well at grapplers quest (they are getting ready for that again and there are several kids from that class that have a good chance of winning it). they also work alot on kickboxing combos just on the mitts to help with their coordination.
the 7 - 12 yr olds. work a wider curriculum with more kickboxing & martial arts training as well the jiu jitsu. they're more well rounded since they're older and can do more things. For those that want to compete in either jiu jitsu tournaments or martial arts tournaments they train in the elite training program that helps them get ready for those type of events. -
