Yes, I informed him right away, a few minutes after my first request for credentials. Here's is the original page where everything happened:
YouTube - Ninjitsu evasion and counter strikes
Scroll and you can see whichever messages he approved, as well as the messages he replied with.
New developments:
1. Apparently we're all keyboard warriors with no real life credibility in combat arts, and;
2. He's threatening to bring me to court for defamation. Here is a direct quote from the YouTube link.
"If thats your hater player game, Then instead of meeting in a ring or on the mat, Im gonna meet your ass in the court room for a legal beat down for defamation and trying to ruin my business.Thats my word,no joke! This aint no damn game son.! "
Not exactly the way a martial arts teacher should behave. In any case, I also contacted "Professor" Duncan and asked him which university he attended when he obtained his Ph.D. Are my email exchanges with Professor Duncan:

Hello Professor Duncan,
May I ask where you received your Ph.D?
Kind regards,
Charles"

Sir; kindly contact me, or come to one of my workshops
to see me in person, will be glad to show you credentials.
In fact I will be more amenable to you, if you presented some credentials.
Why don't we meet up soon.
I anticipate meeting you in person.
Let us not delay.
Prof. Ronald Duncan"
And my reply, sent today:

Hello again Professor Duncan,
My name is Charles Bourque and I'm a boxer/grappler from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I used to live in South Korea as a live-in student in a kendo academy.
I was just curious how you came to hold the title of professor, because your website makes no mention of it and search engines don't turn up anything. If you could just provide the name of the university and the doctorate obtain, it would be very helpful. Obviously, I'd prefer to ask you in person, but given how far I live from your schools, I'd much rather just receive an answer via email.
Thank you for your kindness.
Charles
I'd really like to figure all of this out. At first it was just glancing curiosity when I mentioned that anyone teaching "koga ninjutsu" that it's most likely a scam; however, since receiving all these rude and often offensive responses from the instructor in the YouTube videos I began really questioning his credibility. Frankly, he sounds more like a 14 year old iGangsta and less like a dignified martial arts teacher. His personal attacks and flat out disregard for women set off raging red flags off for me.
In any case, I don't think he'll be coming onto this message board. He seems to hold true that when he searches for hampton ninjutsu that his website and TV commercials are the first thing to popup, even though multiple searches from different locations always bring up this topic.

My most recent exchange. I have screencaptures to prove the exchanges took place, by the way.

Sir; I already know your history.
I will tell you this much.
I have been teaching close quarters combat
for 52 years as of May 5th 2009.
I was privileged to have been assigned to do
so as a 19 year old United States Marine.
I compliment you on your achievements.
I look forward to seeing you in person.
I will then be more than happy to oblige you.
Be certain that your intentions are those of a honorable man.
I will also need to know why my academia
should be of any concern of yours.
Again if you can proceed as per my initial request
I will happily accommodate you.
Always respectful.
Prof. Ronald Duncan(516-410-4334)
A few hours later he sent me another reply:
Mr Bourque;
Would you be kind enough
to contact me at your convenience.
In Martial brotherhood.
Prof. Ronald Duncan
(516-410-4334)
Note: Keep up the good works.
Advice on a reply? I've noticed that there are around 18+ topics regarding Ronald Duncan and his students, regarding their training and what they claim to teach. First and foremost, has anyone ever verified his black belts in the various systems of jujutsu, judo, karate and weaponry he studied? Wouldn't someone with a black belt in judo have records to prove them? What about kempo karate? Hasn't anyone tried to confirm with these organizations that he obtained a real black belt and not just an honorary one?
I could use help on this... I've never done this before and I'd like to know what the anti-ninja squad has to say. -

Mr. Borque,
You are quite a young Martial Artist.
As a boxer you have proven that you can
give and take.
As a wrestler you have great physicality.
Excellent combination.
As for your being a Kendoka..great for
stamina and warrior spirit.
I admire you.
There is an historical event taking place
on May 8th 9th and 10th .
It will be an historic event.
It will interest someone as yourself.
For the first time in history at
Drew University in New Jersey
a symposium on Koga Ryu Ninjutsu will be taking place.
These acknowledged Masters will be conducting the workshop.
They are coming to the wet from Japan..would you like to attend.
Please advise..take care, keep up your studies.
Prof. Ronald Duncan
Right... Anyway, all my comments have been completely taken off from the YouTube videos and SuubUrbanNinja has edited all his posts to sound more politically correct. Basically, he's censoring the interwebs. -

To my knowledge, their is no such organization as the "Marine Martial Arts Federation." I did a Google search and only came up with "Sensei" Duncan's website.
Funny thing is, MCMAP did not exist as a system until 2001.
I would be interested to see this guy's DD-214.Can't decide which evil black rifle to buy? My thoughts.I'm not giving you my opinion, I'm telling you how it is.
